HSD Quarterly Online Associates Meeting
Each quarter, Associates of the HSD Institute Network come together to share ideas and applications of their work with HSD principles, models, and methods. This quarter's meeting was on March 22 and served also as our official annual meeting.
Glenda Eoyang provided an update of the HSD Institute, and talked about new directions and opportunities. She also talked about the recent activities of a group of leaders among the Associates who are building a powerful Hub structure.
Larry Solow and Denise Easton shared work on a model for working with client and learners in a shared complexity space framework.
Diana Larsen shared the insights and perspectives from her most recent book, Liftoff.
Laura Williams talked about her use of HSD in building a national network of service providers who work with victims of sexual assault and abuse.
Watch this spot for the schedule for next year's quarterly meetings and plan to join us at www.uliveandlearn for these interesting and interactive sessions.

Patterns At Work
The HSD Institute Blog has been set up to help share information with colleagues beyond the HSD Associates. Check it out at http://patternsatwork.blogspot.com/. Share the site with your non-HSD Institute colleagues.
If you know of additional learning opportunities that might be of interest to other Associates, let me know, and I will post them here.
Welcome to the HSD Institute Community!
*********************************************************************************************
Please make yourself at home and join Associates and others interested in HSD to create an active, engaging community.
We invite you to explore the site to see what is here. Check out the Groups to see if there is one that is of interest to you. Just a note about the Groups, though. Some of the Groups are closed to a particular group of members, but there is no way to indicate that in the listing of all groups. If you find that you cannot join a discussion because you are not a member of a group, you can request to become a member by clicking on the link that's provided. You will be contacted with a response to your request.
I look forward to seeing your posts, videos, blogs, and comments. If you have questions, please contact me.

The HSD Professional Certification Training Program provides insights into the theory and practice of the emerging field of human systems dynamics. It is an intensive time of learning and growth where you will learn the concepts and tools of HSD, observe how others use the work, reflect on your own work and emerging competencies, and practice applying principles of HSD to challenging organizational issues.
For more information visit the HSD Institute Website to see the brochure and to start the enrollment process.

One additional benefit of being a HSD Professional is the opportunity to become an HSD Hub. HSD Hubs are Associates in the network who meet one or more of the following criteria:
If you believe you meet these criteria, want to participate in this group, and have not been invited, please contact me to request to join.
